Wait, more DVDs? What?

So while waiting for Nil and Becca to check the latest text insertion, I looked through the Tumblr widget on the portal page, and lo and behold, what do I see an image of?

It looks like a real DVD cover. Is it? A fifth volume of the second series? The picture itself doesn't look doctored and the art seems to be of the same quality as usual for stills from this series, but it doesn't seem to make any sense...!

I'm greatly confused as well D; it'd be wonderful to see more but the second guest in the title does seem to be a bit off... But I've never seen that artwork before. Fff.

Oh yeah i found a website claiming to sell vol. 5 of the GHS for 89 bucks

Hm... Could it be a scam? I dunno D; it seems quite fishy.

Huh... So the Japanese have at least five volumes of the second series at least. But that doesn't mean each disc as the same number of episodes as the English release. Problem is we have no way of knowing which episodes would be on this disc, or on any of the four discs before it.

There's a way to know... whose got disposeable income?

I certainly do not have 89 bucks to spare, or else I would've bought other things that I've been wanting for a good long time.

Actually it's closer along the lines of a PlayStation 3 and LittleBigPlanet 2. But I digress.

After some other discussion and deliberation, I believe the best course of action to get answers is to contact the original Tumblr user who posed the picture. I'm pretty sure the image is genuine, if only because it would clash with other GHS pics in that blog, and so the only question that remains is the exact nature of the DVD itself, like what episodes it contains and how it relates to any other DVDs. If anyone can find any way to contact this person, preferably through e-mail since I do not have a Tumblr, it would be most appreciated.
