I don't think SH defined specific rules, but I tend to go by the code of an old forum was a big member of. Generally, make sure any topic you make is in the appropriate board, don't have a sudden subject change on a topic, and overall play nice and don't act like the Icelander.

And as anyone can tell you for anything, the most important rule is "have fun." Smile
