the new Winnie the Pooh movie

I loved it. It may have opened on the same day as Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 but it's far more interesting. It may just be me being a stuffed animal enthusiast, but but no one can deny that this film is both funny and touching. It certainly succeeds in bringing back the qualities that made the original Disney shorts so awesome. There's distinctly more internal-meta book humor than before (the narrator gets Pooh out of bed in the beginning by turning the book upside-down), but it doesn't occur very often. You may or may not be displeased with Gopher being absent, but I didn't even notice he was gone until after the film.

I'm hoping to see it soon, but from the bits and pieces of it I have seen, I know I'm going to adore this movie. Already from the trailers, sneak peek short clips, and everything-- I've become reconnected with the characters of my childhood.
And from the only full clip I've seen, the song of the "Backson", the animation world and story telling looks beautiful~

I've honestly been more excited for it than Harry Potter.

Eh, don't mind him. From what I can tell, he's more in things for the gore and dark stuff.

Anyways, the only trailer I've seen for the movie before seeing it myself was the one that had "Somewhere Only We Know" for the background music. Mostly because the only TV I watch these days is Qubo and some prime-time TV shows. Whatever happened to weekday after-school cartoons...?

I suspect he's just going off the trailers. Green eggs happen. Is it even out in Iceland?

I saw those trailers the afternoon after seeing the movie. I chuckled at the adventure one.
